We collect information you provide when creating an account, configuring campaigns, or making donations. This includes names, email addresses, payment information (processed by Stripe), and organization details.
We use your information to provide the Service: process donations, send receipts, manage campaigns, and deliver AI-assisted stewardship features. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on GiveLink servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of payment data.
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform: Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Resend (email delivery), and Neon (database hosting). Each provider processes data under their own privacy agreements.
Donor and campaign data is processed by AI models to generate stewardship recommendations. AI processing occurs through secure API calls; donor data is not used to train external AI models.
Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Donation records are retained for 7 years for tax compliance. You may request data export or deletion at any time.
Donors can choose to give anonymously. Opted-out donors are excluded from marketing communications. Donor data is scoped to the organization that received the donation and is not shared across organizations.
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), database-level row-level security for tenant isolation, and regular security audits.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact privacy@givelink.ai to exercise these rights.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to account holders.
